refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Maximus Hub. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.                                                  

1. Returns

You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.                                                                                                                                

2. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at maximsutechgadgets@gmail.com and send your item to: No 79, Ellis Road, Mount Road, Chennai 600002.                                                         

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Preordered Items

  • Non- Warranty Products

  • Used or physical damage items

  • Sale items or Gift Cards

4. Shipping for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).                                                                                                                                                                                 

5. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at +91 8220295869 /maximustechgadgets@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize these cases for a replacement or full refund.
